With this package you are free to offer your property through however means you see fit, with no strings attached.

There is no legal bond between yourself and Renthouse Real Estate. We do not mediate on your behalf and we do not represent you during the period before the property is rented.

Or, you have already rented the property using your own legwork, but you are looking for the assurance which comes with professional support.

That is of course understandable, as some people these days do choose to use their own means to find an expat tenant, whether this be by word of mouth, noticeboard, social network or new media such as Facebook or Craigslist.

But that does mean that you require the assistance of a professional institution to help ensure the tenancy goes as smoothly and risk-free as possible.

Renthouse Real Estate does not perform mediation ("bemiddeling") or representation with this package, but we can assist you once you have found your expat tenant.

Details Rental Support Package

• Drawing up and provision of the tenancy agreement and a certified english translation.
• Information and a standard letter about the price indexation for the yearly price adjustment which you can send to your tenant.
• Renthouse Real Estate draws up an official check-in report with photo montage. We use the same report with photo montage to help you compare the state of the rental property at the beginning and end of the tenamcy period (key handover). As this is an official document Renthouse Real Estate performs the role of a witness to the agreements and signature of this legal dossier.
• Guidance and support throughout the whole tenancy period.
• The Rental Support Package can be activated as soon as a tenancy agreement has been reached.
