If you would like Renthouse Vastgoed to represent you the Landlord, the first step is for one of our Consultants to visit your property for an inspection.
During the visit your consultant will give you advice on the best way to present your property to highlight the best aspects, and naturally also to advise you on the best price to set in order to find yourself a good candidate quickly.

Inventory

Decades of experience teaches you that a well-presented house is rented quickly.
Bear in mind that ‘Fully Furnished’ means in practice that your new tenants only have to arrive with their suitcases and a toothbrush and can start immediately to enjoy their new home in Holland.

Also bear in mind that your inventory should allow for visitors. This means that if there are for instance 2 tenants that you should provide crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for 4 people.

Also worth remembering is that the term ‘Gestoffeerd’ – ‘Partly Furnished’ – means that although the tenants must bring their own furniture, the following should be present:

• Curtains or Window Coverings
• Laundry Equipment i.e. washer and dryer or wash/dryer combination
• Floor Covering i.e. wood, laminate, tiling or carpeting.
• Kitchen Equipment e.g. fridge, freezer, dishwasher if possible, oven and hob.
